Evan Stair

Evan Stair is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and management roles. Currently serving as a Solution Train Engineer at BCforward since September 2025, Evan is contracted to a global pharmaceutical client. Prior to this role, Evan worked as a Scaled Agile Coach at enGen and HM Health Solutions, demonstrating expertise in implementing Agile frameworks. Evan's career also includes diverse management roles, such as Owner of All 1 Productions, where a web series showcasing inspirational stories was created, and Store Manager positions at Hot Topic, Pacific Sunwear, and Abercrombie & Fitch. Evan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting Communications from the University of Charleston, completed in 2012.
