Niel Krishnatreya

Niel Krishnatreya has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of safety and security. Niel began their career in 1993 at Delta Security, where they served in executive protection services until 2004. Niel then worked at UBS as part of the UBS Group Security team, managing security for high-profile clients until 2009. Krishnatreya then joined Swiss Post as the Head of Security, responsible for all aspects of corporate safety and security until 2017. Niel then moved to Swiss Re, where they served as the Group Safety & Security Manager, overseeing safety and security governance on a global level until 2020. Currently, Krishnatreya is the Global Director of Safety & Security at Bucherer AG, the world's largest retailer in fine watches and jewelry.

Niel Krishnatreya completed their Master's Degree in Safety & Security Management from the Universität für Weiterbildung Krems from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Communications from HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich from 2003 to 2007. Niel also has a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Corporate Communications from Schweizerisches Public Relations Institut SPRI, which they obtained in 2002. Additionally, Niel Krishnatreya has several certifications in fields such as crisis management, security, and disaster recovery from various institutions including Donau-Universität Krems and Swiss Security Institute.
