Graydon Hansen

Graydon Hansen has extensive leadership experience in operations and manufacturing, having served in prominent roles such as Director North America at BCI Global, Principal Consultant at Hansen Management, and Chief Manufacturing Officer at STAAR Surgical. In addition to these positions, Graydon Hansen held several key titles at STAAR Surgical, including SVP Global Operations and VP Operations. Prior experience includes serving as Program Director for Global OPS Strategy and Site Director/General Manager at Abbott, as well as Director of Operations at Boston-Power.
