Caroline Kaplonski

Caroline Kaplonski has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Caroline is currently working at Buck as a Principal (IT) since April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director IT at Buck from August 2018. Before joining Buck, they were associated with Conduent HR Services as a Director from January 2017 to August 2018. In their role as Director, they managed developers and software projects across five countries, handled budgeting, staff reviews, and the development of new applications. From July 2014 to January 2017, Caroline worked as a Director at Conduent HR Services, where they were responsible for managing consulting technology, overseeing projects, and managing resources. Before joining Conduent HR Services, they worked at Buck Consultants as the Head of Consulting Technology from July 2013 to July 2014, managing global projects and applications. Caroline started their career at Buck Consultants (a Xerox Company) in 2005 as a Senior Consultant in Consulting Technology, where they handled product management and business analysis. Caroline worked closely with technical teams to complete projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Distributed Application Developer and Assistant Actuary at Buck Consultants from 1987 to 2005, gaining experience as a systems analyst and a developer.

Caroline Kaplonski completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology between 1983 and 1987. In 2017, they also obtained a certification in Data Science and Big Data Analytics from edX.
