Gill Turton Apmi

Gill Turton has over 24 years of work experience, starting in 1998 as a Trainee Pensions Administrator at Capita People Solutions. Over the years, they progressed through various roles, including Pensions Administrator, Senior Pensions Administrator, Deputy Assistant Operations Manager, and Assistant Operations Manager. In 2011, they became the Pensions Administration/Operational Delivery Manager. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Technical Trainer before transitioning to the role of Senior Learning Development Consultant. In 2020, they became a Performance & Development Business Partner. In 2021, they joined Capita as a Learning and Development Business Partner, and in 2022, they moved to Buck as the Learning and Development Lead - Pension Administration. Gill Turton holds the APMI certification and is an Associate of CIPD.

Gill Turton attended Wisewood Secondary School from 1991 to 1997, where they completed their high school education. Gill has obtained various certifications and qualifications throughout their career. In 2011, they obtained a Diploma in Pension Calculations from the Pensions Management Institute (PMI). In 2012, they achieved the CII Level 3 Award in Financial Administration (QCF) - Pensions from the Chartered Insurance Institute. Other certifications include the Trustee Training Certificate from The Pensions Regulator in 2015, the Certificate in Facilitation from TAP Training (The Training Accreditation Programme) in 2015, and the HSK Levels I & II - Mandarin Chinese from the Chinese Proficiency Test UK Committee in 2016. In 2017, they obtained three diplomas related to retirement provision from the PMI. Gill also holds certifications such as the Certificate in Digital Writing and the HBDI Practitioner in 2018, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Capita in 2019. Additionally, Gill achieved the Level 5 Certificate in Learning and Development from CIPD in 2021 and is currently pursuing the Clarity 4D Accredited Trainer certification from CLARITY4D LIMITED.
