Kiira Lavine

Kiira Lavine, RPA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kiira is currently serving as the Associate Director - Service Delivery, Defined Benefit Pensions at Buck since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Service Delivery Manager, Defined Benefit Pensions at the same company from May 2021 to March 2023.

In addition to their work at Buck, Kiira has also held the position of Vice President at HCQC Alumni Association - Toronto since September 2021.

Before joining Buck and HCQC Alumni Association - Toronto, Kiira gained extensive experience in the pensions industry at LifeWorks, which was acquired by TELUS Health. Kiira served in multiple roles at LifeWorks, including Consultant, Defined Benefit Pensions from April 2020 to April 2021, Associate Consultant, Defined Benefit Pensions from April 2018 to March 2020, Senior Analyst, Defined Benefit Pensions from April 2015 to March 2018, and Analyst, Defined Benefits Pensions from September 2012 to March 2015.

Kiira's early career includes roles as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Waterloo from January 2012 to April 2012, Analyst, Defined Benefits Pensions at LifeWorks from September 2011 to December 2011, Residence Ambassador at the University of Waterloo from May 2011 to August 2011, and Underwriter/Claims Assessor at Insurance Corporation of Barbados Ltd. from January 2011 to April 2011.

Kiira Lavine, RPA completed their education with a diploma in Pure Math, Biology, Chemistry, Caribbean Studies, Communication Studies, and Information Technology from Queen's College (Barbados) in 2007. Later, from 2007 to 2012, they pursued an Honours Actuarial Science/Finance Option with a Minor in Statistics at the University of Waterloo, studying Actuarial Science, Finance, Statistics, Spanish, French, Dutch, and German.
