Kris Elliott

Kris Elliott has a strong background in implementation and technology roles. They worked as the Principal and Head of Implementation & Technology at Buck from 2018 to present. Prior to that, they worked at Conduent HR Services as the Principal and Head of Outsourcing Implementation from 2017 to 2018. In this role, they were responsible for technology, infrastructure, and implementation for the UK outsourcing business. They also had oversight of a team of 30+ members and handled various duties related to new client implementations and system support. Before joining Conduent, Kris worked at Conduent as the Head of UK Implementation in 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked at Xerox as the Head of UK Implementation from 2014 to 2016 and as an Implementation Manager from 2010 to 2014. Kris began their career at Buck Consultants as a Senior Implementation Analyst from 2005 to 2010 and at Towers Perrin UK as an Implementation Analyst from 2000 to 2005.

Kris Elliott attended Mangotsfield School from 1989 to 1994, where they studied Economics.
