Melissa Hatch

Melissa Hatch has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Melissa worked at Buck from 2008 to 2020, starting as a Principal, Sr. Account Manager and then taking on roles such as Principal—Global Technology & Delivery Solutions and Principal—Global Sales and Client Management. During their time at Buck, they were responsible for client retention, new business, and overall delivery of services. Melissa also played a key role in saving a major client and expanding the Customer Care Center. Prior to Buck, Melissa worked at ADP from 1993 to 2006, holding various positions such as Sr. Management Consultant, Project Consultant, and Program Manager. Their responsibilities included providing business consulting, leading development projects, managing teams, and analyzing customer data and processes. Melissa also worked as a Business Manager at Hacienda Motorcycles from 1988 to 1993, where they handled client pre-qualification, sales contracts, and advertising budgets.

Melissa Hatch holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - BS degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Brigham Young University.
