Parul Sharma has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Parul started their career at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited as a trainee in 2010. Parul then worked at People Factor as a Strategic Associate- HR for a short period in 2011. Parul joined Ind Swift in 2012 and held the position of Executive- Corporate HR until 2015. Parul then became a Senior Executive- Corporate HR at Ind Swift from 2016 to 2017. Parul worked at Encompass Events as an Assistant Manager- HR from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, they started working at Trantor as an HR specialist and later joined Buck as an HR Business Partner. Currently, they hold the position of Lead HR at Buck starting from September 2022.
