Jack Harrison is a results-driven leader with extensive experience in customer and business services management. Currently serving as the Customer and Business Services Program Manager at Bucketlist Rewards and Recognition since January 2019, Jack leverages Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence. As a founding member of the Customer Success team at Bucketlist Rewards, Jack successfully scaled the department from one individual to a team of 13, focusing on reducing customer churn and driving revenue growth. Prior roles include business owner at Two Triangles and sales account manager at JJ Bean Coffee Roasters, along with experience in the film industry as a key locations assistant.
