Aimee Close has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to talent management, talent acquisition, project management, and organizational development. Aimee'smost recent position was as the Director of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition at Buckeye Partners, where they started in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at BP for over 10 years, holding roles such as Portfolio Planning Lead, Project Manager, Graduate Recruiting Programs and Projects Manager, and Project Manager for the US University Relations Team. Aimee also worked at FleetPride as the Director of Organizational Development and as a Human Resources Consultant, at CapRock Communications as the Director of Human Resources for the Americas and as an Organizational Development Manager, at Aegis Mortgage Corporation as a Learning Strategist, and at AIM Investments as a Senior Instructional Designer.

Aimee Close holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Aimee has also obtained a certification in "Introduction to Disciplined Agile" from LinkedIn in 2021.
