Frank Forsey

Frank Forsey is an experienced engineering management professional currently serving as Manager of Engineering at Buckeye Partners since February 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing a corporate engineering team and managing maintenance capital programs. Previously, Frank held the position of Director of Project Services at Carnegie Strategic Design Engineers LLC from January 2010 to March 2022, facilitating communication across divisions and maintaining project authority.
