Timothy Tulio

Timothy Tulio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations sourcing and procurement, currently serving as Senior Manager at Buckeye Partners since February 2017. In this role, Timothy oversees global strategic sourcing for terminal operations, processing plants, and supply chain services in the Caribbean. Prior to Buckeye Partners, Timothy held various leadership positions at Air Products from 1989 to February 2017, including Global Sourcing Manager and Global Manager Technology Enablement, where responsibilities encompassed developing global sourcing strategies and managing significant procurement spend. Timothy's career began in 1982 at SKF and continued at Fuller Company, showcasing a strong foundation in mechanical equipment purchasing and supply chain management. Timothy holds an MBA from DeSales University and a BS in Mineral Economics from Penn State University.
