Alicia Smith

Alicia Smith is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and human resources. Currently serving as Operations Coordinator and previously as Human Resources Assistant at Buckeye Power Sales since July 2017, Alicia contributes to a family-owned business providing power generators and equipment in Ohio and Indiana. Prior to this, Alicia held the position of Human Resources Manager at Buckeye Distributing, Inc. from July 2004 to November 2013, where responsibilities included payroll, recruitment, and employee policy management. Alicia's career began at DeVry University, where roles included Database Admin/Trainer and Helpdesk Manager, demonstrating strong technical and managerial skills. Alicia holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University and has received additional education in computer information processing.
