Pam Scott

Director of Clinical Development at The Buckeye Ranch

Dr. Pam Scott is the Director of Clinical Development for The Buckeye Ranch. She earned both her MSW and PH.D. in Social Work from Arizona State University. Prior to entering the social work profession, she worked in early childhood education, focusing on the impact of poverty on early childhood development. She has worked with children and families in community mental health both in Arizona and Ohio. At The Buckeye Ranch, she works across the agency training supervisors, clinicians, and students in clinical work as well as participating in program development and oversight of the ongoing quality of the services we offer our children and families. In addition to her work at The Ranch, Dr. Scott also teaches at The Ohio State University and previously at Capital University in their social work programs.
