Ryan Clasey, CAPS has a strong background in property management and sales & marketing. Ryan has held various leadership roles in companies such as Buckingham Companies, Gray Capital, Bluffstone, Mainstreet, and Trinitas Ventures. Throughout their career, Ryan has successfully increased occupancy rates, reduced delinquency amounts, and generated positive financial results for the companies they have worked for. Additionally, they have been involved in establishing and developing new divisions within organizations. Ryan is skilled in data analysis, reporting, market research, and business intelligence.

Ryan Clasey, CAPS has a Master of Science degree in Sports Business Administration from Northern Illinois University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, General from Illinois State University, where they also completed a minor in Public Relations/Image Management from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their academic achievements, Ryan Clasey is a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) from the National Apartment Association, which they obtained in October 2020.
