Caroline Hargrave

Caroline Hargrave has a diverse work experience in research and economic development. Caroline recently worked as Head of Research at Buckinghamshire Local Enterprise Partnership, where they established the Buckinghamshire Economic Intelligence Observatory. Prior to that, they served as Governor at Buckinghamshire College Group. Caroline also held positions as Research Manager at Thames Valley Berkshire Local Enterprise Partnership, UK Commission for Employment and Skills, and People1st. Caroline brings extensive knowledge and expertise in research and economic analysis to their roles.

Caroline Hargrave earned a BSc and a Post Graduate Diploma in City and Regional Planning from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. Caroline also obtained an MA in Applied Social and Market Research from the University of Westminster.
