Todd A Brooks has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Todd A is currently serving as the SVP of Sales and Underwriting at Buckle, a company that offers financial products and services to the shared economy. Prior to this, they founded and built Pradera Financial, a boutique independent agency network that represents 19 top-rated insurance carriers. As the CEO and Founder, Todd was responsible for developing growth strategies, managing legal agreements, and overseeing various operational processes.

Before founding Pradera Financial, Todd worked at Farmers Insurance for several years. Todd A held various roles, including Head of Field Operations - Mountain Territory and Senior Vice President & Zone Head of Distribution and Field Operations. In these positions, they were responsible for developing strategic plans, driving sales and profitability, and improving the customer experience. Additionally, Todd served as the Chief Underwriting Officer, where they successfully reduced underwriting leakage and achieved profit goals for personal and business operating insurance lines. Overall, Todd has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of excellence in the insurance industry.
