Bret Shields has significant experience in operations and safety risk management within the heavy lift and construction industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations and Director of Safety Risk Management at Buckner HeavyLift Cranes since June 2019, Bret effectively oversees operational strategies and safety protocols. Prior to joining Buckner HeavyLift Cranes, Bret worked at Kiewit from September 1999 to June 2019 as an Equipment Manager, where responsibilities included managing equipment operations and maintenance.
