Chrissy Lauinger Fayen

Chrissy Lauinger Fayen has extensive experience in strategy and operations, currently serving as a Strategy/Operations Research Analyst at Buckner International since April 2015. Prior to this role, Chrissy obtained an MBA with a double concentration in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing from SMU Cox School of Business, where Chrissy also served as President of the Net Impact chapter. Chrissy previously worked as a bilingual Market Research Analyst for Buckner International, focusing on family-based alternative care programs across multiple countries. Additionally, Chrissy has a strong background in education, having taught Spanish at Regina Dominican High School and served in various coaching and mentoring roles, as well as teaching Spanish at the University of Notre Dame. Academic credentials include a BA in Economics and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame, an MA in Romance Languages and Literature from the same institution, and an Illinois Teacher Certification in World Languages from DePaul University.
