Philip Wursta

Philip W. Wursta, PE, MS is a senior engineering executive and higher education leader with extensive experience in municipal engineering and governance. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Trustees at Bucks County Community College, Philip advocates for affordable education and actively promotes community engagement and diversity. As the Principal/Founding Partner of WK2 Consulting, they focus on sustainable development in engineering and public management. Previously, Philip held leadership positions at Pennoni Associates, Traffic Planning and Design, and TMA Bucks, emphasizing infrastructure improvement and strategic planning throughout their career. Philip holds a Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Penn State University.
