Joey Hoover

Joey Hoover has extensive experience in the cultivation sector, currently serving as the Regional Director of Cultivation at Bud & Mary's since April 2025, having progressed from the position of Director of Cultivation at the same company from February 2023 to February 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Cultivation at Jushi Holdings Inc. from January 2022 to January 2023, where management of a 58,000 sq. ft. indoor facility took place, and Owner at Verdant Consulting LLC from January 2021 to March 2022. Joey also held the position of Vice President of Cultivation at Stability Cannabis, overseeing an 80,000 sq. ft. facility, and served as Greenhouse & Farming Manager at GenCanna, where an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Program was developed. Additional roles include Lead Grower at TNT Botanicals, managing a sustainable 6,000-plant organic grow, and Grower/Key Holder at Mindful. Joey Hoover holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Kentucky, obtained in February 2012.
