Pipsa Karioja's work experience began in 2002 as a Customer Service Representative at Stockmann. Pipsa then worked as a Logistics Trainee at Nokia Networks before completing an internship as a Purchasing Coordinator at The Parker Company. Pipsa gained experience in channel sales support and operations as a Training & Pricing Coordinator at Hewlett-Packard. After that, Pipsa worked in the chemical/salt industry as a Customer Supply Operator at AkzoNobel. Pipsa then joined Bayer as a Marketing Assistant, where they were part of a sales and marketing team. Pipsa later worked at Rema Partners Oy as an Assistant Consultant, supporting consultants in new customer acquisition. Pipsa then had various roles at AbbVie, starting as a Marketing Assistant and later becoming a Marketing & Sales Coordinator, Customer Relations Specialist, and Brand Manager. After a maternity leave in 2017, they joined Buddy Healthcare as a Marketing Manager, where they worked on digital health software.
Pipsa Karioja has a diverse education history with a focus on marketing. Pipsa obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, both from 2001 to 2005. Pipsa then pursued a Master's Degree in Marketing at Griffith University from 2009 to 2010.
In terms of additional certifications, Pipsa obtained the Google Ads Fundamentals certification from Google in March 2019. Pipsa also obtained the SPIN Selling certification from Huthwaite International in February 2023.
