Toddler and Youth Cycling Coach at Buddy Pegs Learn To Ride

Sarah Bodine MPH, RDN, LD has a diverse work experience in various roles related to nutrition and fitness. Sarah started their career as a Clinical Dietitian at Harris Health System in 2014 and worked there until 2016. In 2016, they joined the Arkansas Department of Health as a WIC Nutritionist and Lactation Consultant, where they specialized in providing nutritional support for high-risk women, infants, and children. Sarah also obtained certification as a Lactation Consultant during their time there.

In 2018, Sarah took on a role as a Mountain Bike Skills Instructor at Grit Clinics, Ladies AllRide, where they taught individuals how to improve their mountain biking skills. Sarah continued to pursue their passion for teaching in the field of cycling by becoming a Toddler and Youth Cycling Coach at Buddy Pegs Media in 2020.

In 2021, Sarah expanded their expertise as a Mountain Bike Skills Instructor at Ninja MTB Performance, showcasing their dedication to helping individuals improve their mountain biking abilities. Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated a commitment to promoting health and wellness through their various roles in nutrition and fitness.

Sarah Bodine has a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Public Health Nutrition from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston), which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. Prior to their MPH, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
