Rituparna Debroy is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the customer service, operations, and process operations fields. Rituparna began their career in 2006 as Lead - Customer Service and Process Operations at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group). In this role, they were responsible for handling all customer queries from all mediums, managing online reputation, and managing operations. In 2015, they moved to Times Internet as Service Delivery Manager, where they were responsible for the overall direction, planning, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the service delivery and response generation team for corporate clients. In 2020, they joined Northern Hill Publication as Head Service Delivery. In this role, they were responsible for client experience, service, brand loyalty and retention, operation process improvement, and data and market analysis. Rituparna is currently serving as AVP Customer Success & Operations at Buddy4Study since 2022.
Rituparna Debroy has a B.A Economics(Hons) from Delhi University's Miranda House, a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computer Technology from CDAC Pune, and a high school education from St. Mary's High School.
