Sharad Semwal

Sharad Semwal currently serves as the Head of Human Resources Development at Buddy4Study, a leading tech-enabled scholarship network in India, where the focus is on implementing innovative CSR and HR programs. With extensive experience in human resources, Sharad previously worked as a Human Resources Business Partner on strategic HR projects for various companies across the US, UK, Canada, and Indian start-ups. As Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Reach India, Sharad led HR and administrative functions for multiple verticals. Prior roles include significant positions at IFFCO Kisan Suvidha Limited, MATRIX HUMAN CAPITAL, Trinau, and Contactx Resource Management, managing staffing solutions and recruitment operations. Sharad holds a PGDBM in HRM from Asia Pacific Institute of Management and a PGHRD from the National Institute of Human Resource Development.
