Bobby Baadani Msa

Bobby Baadani, MSA, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Bobby started their career as an Operations Analyst at Marathon Petroleum Company where they were recognized with an ACE Award. Bobby then worked as a B2B Sales Representative at RJ Reynolds Tobacco Co., achieving a 10% increase in market share. At Abuelos Mexican Restaurant, Bobby served as a General Manager, overseeing staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Bobby later worked as a Human Resources Manager at Sriak Technologies, managing HR operations and implementing training programs. As a Senior Human Resources Generalist at RF Connect, Bobby handled various HR responsibilities, such as diversity and inclusion, compensation programs, and full-cycle recruiting. Bobby also worked as a Senior Consultant at Achieval Strategies before joining Robert Half as a Sr. HR Manager/Sr. Managing Consultant. Currently, Bobby holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Buddy's Pizza.

Bobby Baadani, MSA, SHRM-CP has an extensive education history. Bobby obtained a Master of Science in Administration (MSA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Central Michigan University in 2018. Prior to that, in 2017, they received a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from the same institution.

Before pursuing their master's degree, Bobby Baadani completed their undergraduate studies at Bluffton University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Management from 1997 to 1999. Prior to Bluffton University, they attended The Ohio State University at Lima from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Management.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Bobby Baadani has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they earned the SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional) certification from SHRM. More recently, in November 2020, they obtained a Compensation Analyst Credential from ERI Economic Research Institute. These certifications demonstrate their dedication to professional development and expertise in their field.
