Jason Brennan

Jason Brennan has been in the payroll and financial analysis field for over 10 years. In 2021, they began working at Budge Studios as a Manager of Payroll and Financial Analysis and an Administrative Technician. Prior to that, they worked at Southwest One from 2012-2021 as an Accounting Technician, where their responsibilities included accounts receivable, payable, assisting the general director with the annual budget, preparing monthly variance analysis reports, and handling the administration of the payroll, group benefits, and pension plan to eligible employees. From 2010-2012, they worked at Wintax as a Payroll Administrator and Accounting Supervisor, where they were responsible for processing payroll for various small to medium size businesses in multiple industries, preparing and submitting deductions at source, T4 summary and RL1-summary reports, and preparing T4 and RL-1 slips. Jason also helped employers understand and apply employment standards based on provincial and federal legislation.

Jason Brennan attended Vanier College, followed by CDI College where they obtained a Certificate in Financial Management in 2010. Jason then attended Concordia University, where they are in the process of obtaining an Accountancy degree.
