María Juliana Espinosa Guauque

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic products, compliance, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products. In addition to this role, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist in a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to academia as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food.
