Jesus A. Huerta

Jesus A. Huerta has over 30 years of work experience. Jesus A. began their career in 1990 at Hewlett-Packard, where they held various roles, including Server Support Off-Site Engineer V, TCC/PCC Mission Sensitive and Mission Critical Senior Network Engineer, Solution Center Engineer, Front End ITO, Programming Languages, Novell, NT, Network Node Manager, VUE, CDE, Xwindows, Network and Net Icon, Network and Down System Specialist, and XP256 Software Support TAC. In 2006, they joined Futurex as a Senior Solutions Architect, where they implemented and provided technical support strategies for Latin America and Caribbean, designed, configured, and tested computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software for encryption and key injection computer systems, and developed benchmark testing strategies for their Host Security Modules and Key Management Servers. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Senior Analyst/Consultant and Senior Analyst/Consultant Level 2 at USAA/HCL, where they provided technical support and diagnosed, troubleshot, and assisted employees with hardware, software, and components. In 2017, they worked as a Desktop Support Technician at Robert Half, and in 2018 they were a Technical Support Analyst at Buffalo Americas and an Advance Tech at TEKsystems, where they deployed Dell desktop and laptop computers, imaged 500 plus laptop and desktop computers, and utilized PXE and CPmigrator plus manually recovering user data when necessary.

Jesus A. Huerta obtained an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Science from CBM Computer Technology in 1989. In 2002, they earned an HP IT Professional Certified System Administrator certification from the Hewlett-Packard Education Center.
