A.J. Highsmith

A.J. Highsmith is currently an area scout for the Buffalo Bills. A.J. was previously with the San Francisco 49ers as a pro personnel scout from August 2014 to May 2019. Prior to that, they were a summer assistant coach at Booker T. Washington High School from May 2012 to July 2012 where they taught fundamentals and technique for defensive backs and quarterbacks and managed summer study hall for football team. A.J. was also a mentor with Empowered Youth from May 2012 to July 2012 where they mentored a group of At-Risk Teens.

A.J. Highsmith has a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Arts in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the University of Miami as well.
