Nicole Wurster

Nicole Wurster is currently the coordinator of guest services for the Buffalo Bills. Nicole previously interned with the Jacksonville Jaguars in guest experience from January to June of 2022. Prior to their time with the Jaguars, Nicole was an assistant for sport management and athletic & personal development at IMG Academy from November 2020 to September 2021. There, they were responsible for the logistics and operations of up to 1,200 campers per week, provided administrative support for camp scheduling and staff organization, and was a point of contact for APD summer operations and tours. Nicole also served as a camp operations supervisor at Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club from May to August of 2020.

Nicole Wurster completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Tampa, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management. Nicole then went on to complete their Master of Science in Sport Administration at the University of Cincinnati.

They are on a team with and Caitlin Brigham - Manager, Guest Services. Nicole Wurster reports to Zach Rutkowski, Director, Guest Services.
