Rachael Yeaman

Rachael Yeaman is currently the Vice President of REALStrengths® at Buffini & Company. With over two decades of experience, Rachael has analyzed how individual strengths impact human emotion, thought, and behavior. Additionally, she serves as an In-House Executive Coach, Speaker, and REALStrengths® Expert, empowering others to tap into their strengths for a more meaningful life. Rachael also holds the title of Certified Leadership & Business Coach at Buffini & Company, where she has coached and trained millions of business owners globally. In the past, Rachael worked as a Marriage and Family Therapist at the Center for Enriching Relationships, focusing on various areas including mental health, addiction, and crisis management. She holds a B.A. in Psychology with a specialization in I/O Psychology and World Religion from Pepperdine University, as well as an M.A. in Clinical Psychology with training in various therapy techniques from Azusa Pacific University.
