Shagufta Kanwal

Shagufta Kanwal has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Shagufta is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Buggy TLC since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Generalist at BrainBox Technologies from January 2022 to July 2022. Shagufta also has experience as a Recruitment Specialist at Infinite ville solution (BPO-USA) from May 2020 to March 2021, and as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Imperial Resource Group from November 2019 to May 2020. Shagufta first attended the Virtual University of Pakistan Lahore from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained an M.B.A degree in Human Resource Management. Following this, they attended the University of Sargodha from 2011 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Education. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, they studied Economics at Bahauddin Zakariya University. Before starting their bachelor's degree, from 2003 to 2005, they completed their Fsc. degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies at the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Multan. Their secondary education was completed at the same institution, where they earned their Matric degree in Biological in the years 2001 to 2003.

Additionally, Shagufta has obtained two certifications. In June 2023, they completed a certification in Developing Assertive Leadership from LinkedIn, as well as a certification in Making Quick Decisions, also obtained from LinkedIn in June 2023.
