Aimee Zagarri

Aimee Zagarri has extensive experience in guest services, currently serving as the Manager of Guest Experience at Build-A-Bear Workshop since October 2012, where responsibilities include managing the Guest Experience team both in-office and nearshore. Prior roles at Build-A-Bear include Guest Experience Assistant Manager, Executive Administrator to CEO Sharon John, and Senior Bear Services Representative. Aimee's career began at Heavenly Helpers Senior Home Care, where Aimee worked as an Office Manager after starting as a caregiver. Aimee holds a degree as a Registered Medical Assistant from Allied Medical College and completed secondary education at St John the Baptist.
