Jill Bradley is a seasoned professional in early childhood education and community engagement with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently, Jill serves as the Chief Operating Officer at BUILD Chicago since September 2018. Prior to this role, Jill held various titles at Illinois Action for Children, including Parent Engagement and Training Manager, Director of Family & Neighborhood Partnerships, and Director of Early Learning Support Systems. Additionally, Jill has been a National Training Associate at the National Institute on Out of School Time since 1992 and served as Chief Program Officer at the Carole Robertson Center for Learning from 1998 to 2007. Other significant roles include Project Director for the Chicago MOST Initiative, Director of Child Care Services at the Chicago Housing Authority, and Research Assistant at the Erikson Institute. Jill's academic credentials include a Doctoral Program and a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from the Erikson Institute, alongside a Master's in the Science of Teaching from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in History from Loyola University Chicago.
