Natalia Delery

Natalia Delery, LMSW, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social work and community engagement. Currently serving as the Manager of Foundation and Corporate Relations at BUILD Chicago since February 2022, Delery previously held roles including Management Trainee at McMaster-Carr and Public-Private Partnerships Fellow at NYC Service. Additional experience includes serving as a Diversity and Inclusion Intern for the City of Philadelphia and a School Social Work Intern with the NYC Department of Education. Delery has also worked as a Training Coordinator and Postsecondary Coach for the UChicago College Advising Corps and interned in Policy and Analysis at the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights. Delery holds a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Human Development from the University of Chicago, with ongoing studies at the University of Oxford.
