Timothy Coolen

Timothy Coolen is the ICAT Technical Project Manager at Build Nova Scotia and NS Lands Province of Nova Scotia. Timothy is the President of Coolen Consulting Services Inc. and MedLife Inc. Timothy has previous experience as the Vice President of Operations and Technologies at Medavie EMS, as well as various leadership roles in business planning and technologies at EMC Inc. Notably, Timothy holds an MBA from Queens University in Business Administration.
