Carmen Alcañiz

Carmen Alcañiz has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Carmen began their career as a Journalist, ENG Camera Operator, and Video Editor for the TV Programme "Telegrafies" in 2007. In 2013, they held two roles at Splendia as a UX Designer and Marketing Assistant. Also in 2013, they were a Marketing Assistant at Juwai.com and an Intern at Word Works S.L. In 2016, they were a Product Owner at Pricesoft.net. In 2020, they were an IT Agile Management & Scrum Master at Bacardi. Currently, they are a Scrum Master at Build38.

Carmen Alcañiz has a diverse education history. In 2017, they obtained a Postgrado en Usabilidad, Diseño de Interacción y Experiencia de Usuario from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, focusing on web development, digital/multimedia content, and computer resources. From 2006-2012, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Communication from Universidad Politecnica de Valencia. From 2011-2012, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia & Animation from National Taiwan University of Arts. In 2008-2009, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Media & Entertainment from Breda University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Agile Leadership Essentials, Certified Agile Leadership for Organizations, Certified Agile Leadership for Teams, Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS), Professional Scrum Product Owner II, Professional Scrum Master I, Curso PMI-ACP + Scrum Master training, and Expert Scrum Foundations.
