Mohit Puri

Mohit Puri has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Mohit is currently the Director of People - APAC & MENA at Builder.ai, where they are responsible for empowering individuals to bring their ideas to life through tailor-made software. Prior to that, Mohit held the position of Group Head & SVP HR at Lloyd Electric & Fedders Group of Companies, where they played a key role in HR and organizational development across three start-ups within the group. Mohit also has experience as an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Mancer and has held various roles at ABC and Omam. Mohit began their career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Toyota Motor Corporation. Overall, Mohit Puri has a strong background in HR, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and change management.

Mohit Puri has a diverse education history. Mohit obtained a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical & Autom. from an unknown institution between 2003 and 2007. Mohit also completed an MS in Consultancy Management from BITS Pilani and an MBA in HR & Mktg from Lal Bhahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi in 2008 and 2010 respectively. Prior to this, Mohit received an Associate's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Edexcel University, UK in 2003. Finally, they completed their High School education with a focus on PCM and Computer Science from Birla Vidya Niketan, New Delhi between 1988 and 2002. Additionally, Mohit has obtained several certifications in various fields such as HR, talent management, and anti-corruption.
