Paul Heathcote

Paul Heathcote has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Paul is currently serving as the VP Customer Success and Delivery at Builder.ai since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at BT as the Director of Programme Delivery from January 2019 to May 2022. Paul also held the position of VP of Strategy & Planning at Pearson from April 2015 to January 2019. Before joining Pearson, they worked as a Senior Manager at Deloitte UK from June 2007 to April 2015. Earlier in their career, Paul was a Project Manager at IBM from September 2001 to June 2007. Paul began their professional journey as a Media Sales Executive at Haymarket Publishing from 1998 to 2000.

Paul Heathcote has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Geography from the University of Leeds, obtained from 2000 to 2001. Paul also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Environmental Science from the University of East Anglia, completed from 1995 to 1998. Prior to their university education, Paul Heathcote attended Truro School from 1989 to 1995, where they obtained their General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSEs) and A Levels. Additionally, they have obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in February 2021.
