Courtney Perry

Courtney Perry has extensive work experience in customer success and account management roles. Courtney is currently working at Builder.io as a Customer Success Manager, focused on enterprise clients. Prior to that, they worked at Contentful as a Senior Customer Success Manager and later as a Customer Success Manager, specializing in named accounts. Before joining Contentful, Courtney was an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at InVision. Courtney also worked at Mailchimp as a Client Success Manager, at Pardot as a Client Implementation Specialist, and at MSI, Advance Publications as an Account Executive. Courtney started their career at Say Media as a Southeast Sales Assistant.

Courtney Perry attended Kennesaw State University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Courtney'sfield of study focused on Communication, specifically the Media Studies track, with some related studies in Psychology.
