Donald Milburn

Donald Milburn has extensive experience in the building materials industry, currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Builders FirstSource since January 2019. Milburn has held multiple roles within Builders FirstSource and its predecessor ProBuild, including Divisional Integration Manager and Manager of ProEdge Business Operations. Additional leadership experience includes positions such as General Manager and Commercial Sales Manager over a career that spans more than three decades, with prior roles at 84 Lumber, Buildscape, Wickes Lumber, and Furrow Building Material. Milburn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from Eastern Illinois University, obtained in 1976.
