Chesley Belcher

Chesley Belcher has held various leadership roles in finance and operations throughout their career. In 2002, they began working at AT&T as a Senior Analyst and later became a Lead Analyst. In 2007, they joined Voya Financial and served as the VP of Finance Strategy, where they played a crucial role in major change initiatives and implemented multi-million dollar programs. Chesley also served as the Head of Finance Program Management, overseeing cost-saving initiatives and creating a new Finance Target Operating Model. From 2011 to 2014, Chesley managed a 25-person FP&A team as the Head of Corporate FP&A, responsible for a $2 billion operating expense budget. In 2014, they became an independent consultant, providing finance and operations consulting services until 2019. Most recently, they joined Builders Insurance Group as the VP of Financial Planning and Analysis in 2020.

Chesley Belcher obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business in the year 2000.
