Anna Stephens

Anna Stephens currently serves as the Customer Success Coordination & Communications Manager at Buildertrend, a position held since January 2019. In this role, Anna manages communication, project management, and change management within the Customer Success department, collaborating with various teams to adapt to the dynamic environment of customer support. Previous experience includes several roles at Buildertrend, such as Customer Success Coordinator and CDR Manager, as well as positions at Gregg Young Chevrolet, Developmental Services of Nebraska, Charming Charlie, and maurices. Anna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Hawkeye Community College.
