Heather Ford-Helgeson

Heather Ford-Helgeson is an accomplished Product Design Manager at Buildertrend since April 2022, where a collaborative work environment emphasizing teamwork and growth is cultivated. Prior experience includes serving as UX Talent Acquisition Manager at Hamm Interactive, recruiting top talent for various industries, and leading a 40+ member UX design team as Manager of User Experience Design at The Nerdery. Earlier roles involved managing publicity campaigns as Book Publicist and Program Coordinator at Hillcrest Media Group, as well as developing health programs at YMCA Twin Cities Metro Area and coordinating bioterrorism preparedness projects for the MN Department of Health. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and English from the College of Saint Benedict.
