Joseph Shijimon Msc

Joseph Shijimon, MSc, CCP, is a highly experienced construction estimator and quantity surveyor with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist at BCIS since June 2022, Joseph previously worked as a Senior Specialist and Construction Data Analyst at RICS from December 2021 to May 2022, following the split of BCIS from RICS. Joseph's extensive background includes significant roles such as Senior Quantity Surveyor at LITT HOLDINGS LIMITED and various quantity surveying positions at Murray & Roberts, focusing on notable projects such as the Zayed University Project in Abu Dhabi and the Bahrain World Trade Centre. Joseph's education includes a Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management from Oxford Brookes University, a Bachelor's degree from the University College of Estate Management, and certification as a Cost Professional from AACE International.
