Adam Prough

Adam Prough is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ministry and business development. Currently serving as the Business Development and Director of Talent Acquisition at BECI since February 2022, Adam also has a long-standing career in church leadership, beginning at the Ministry in June 2001, where responsibilities included roles as Pastor, Leader, Recruiter, and Developer. Previous positions include Pastor of Worship and Campus at Paradise Alliance Church, Worship Arts Pastor at Christ Community Church, and Worship Arts Pastor/Associate Pastor at Cornerstone Community Church. Adam's early experience includes serving as Worship Leader for Youth and Young Adults at Summit Christian Church. Academically, Adam holds a Master's degree in Christian Ministry from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Azusa Pacific University.
