Antoinette Kane

Antoinette Kane is an experienced educational leader and consultant with a strong commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments and promoting diversity, equity, and justice through innovative curriculum development. As the Founder and Lead Consultant at By Any Means Consulting LLC since October 2023, Antoinette focuses on dismantling systemic barriers in education. Antoinette also serves as the Founder and Executive Director of Little Water Preparatory Charter School, which emphasizes a rigorous and affirming environment for K-5 scholars in Poughkeepsie, NY, and has held roles such as Fellow at BES, Team Lead at KIPP NYC, and Lead Teacher at Success Academy Charter Schools. With a Master's degree in Special Education from Touro College and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Bard College, Antoinette combines practical teaching experience with a deep understanding of systemic educational issues to empower educators and students alike.
