Re'Shawn Rogers

Re'Shawn Rogers is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in school administration and academic excellence. As the Founder and Head of School at Destine Preparatory Charter School since October 2021, Re'Shawn has demonstrated a commitment to innovative educational practices. Concurrently, Re'Shawn serves as a Fellow at BES, a national nonprofit focused on cultivating effective leaders in education. Re'Shawn's previous role as Dean of Academics at Achievement First from December 2013 to June 2020 highlights a dedication to providing equal educational opportunities for all students. Re'Shawn holds a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Relay College of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching from Eastern Michigan University.
